Processes Introduction
I. Needs Survey and Operating Condition Analysis
The initial step involves on-site visits and in-depth communication to clarify the client’s core needs, such as capacity improvement and labor substitution. Comprehensive data collection is conducted on-site, including site conditions, materials, production cycle time, and industry-specific standards, culminating in a “Client Needs Survey Report” that lays the foundation for precise solution design.
II. Customized Solution Design and Demonstration
Based on the survey results, the technical team develops a customized solution, including process flow planning, core equipment selection, control system architecture design, and drawing/simulation modeling. After completion, internal review and client feedback are conducted to optimize the solution, resulting in a confirmed “Customized Automation Solution” and quotation.
III. Core Component Procurement and Manufacturing
After solution confirmation, core components are procured and undergo rigorous incoming inspection. Non-standard structural parts are manufactured with strict quality control. Simultaneously, electrical cabinet assembly, wiring, and program writing and debugging are carried out to ensure precise compatibility between components and structural parts.
IV. On-site Installation, Commissioning, and Integration Acceptance
We will visit the site to complete equipment installation and system integration; conduct phased single-unit/online/load commissioning, optimize parameters, and resolve on-site issues; after commissioning, we will organize trial production verification, check indicators according to the agreed “Acceptance Standards,” and sign the “Project Acceptance Report” upon compliance.
V. After-sales Training and Maintenance Services
We will provide operation and maintenance training after acceptance to ensure independent operation and maintenance for the customer; establish after-sales files and provide regular inspections; provide a 24-hour hotline for emergency fault response to reduce downtime; and offer subsequent solution optimization and equipment upgrade services to achieve long-term win-win results.
